At Entros Tech LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell digital products that are delivered and accessible immediately, this Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. 14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied with a product, subject to the conditions below. After 14 days, purchases are generally considered final.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:
- the request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date;
- the product does not perform as described, or you have a genuine reason for dissatisfaction; and
- for video courses, you have not completed more than a reasonable portion (typically 30%) of the course content.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse, such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding products, or downloading the full contents of a product before requesting a refund.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email info@entrostech.com with:
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the name of the product; and
- the reason for your refund request.
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe. Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Non-refundable situations
Refunds will generally not be granted in the following cases:
- the request is made more than 14 days after purchase;
- the full product has been downloaded or the course substantially completed; or
- the product was purchased during a clearly marked "final sale" or "no refund" promotion.
6. Order cancellations
Because digital products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once delivery has begun. If you believe you were charged in error or have a duplicate charge, contact us right away and we will investigate promptly.
7. Problems with your product
If you experience a technical issue — for example, a download link does not work or a file is corrupted — please contact us. In most cases we can resolve the issue quickly and ensure you receive the product you paid for.
